Upper crown, curved sides and band
Specify the low tapered upper crown, curved side pieces, separate lower band and short tucked peak as one pattern. Mark the upper-to-side joins on top and side views, then follow their ends into the band and front junction. The existing cycling cap has a center strip and paired sides, but its narrow crown layout and separately projecting brim do not define this proposal. A cadet wall or a full radial newsboy crown also changes the construction. Use one governing drawing so material and decoration references cannot quietly replace the accepted flat-cap shape.
Tucked peak, opening and rear proposal
Review crown overhang, visible peak projection and the peak attachment separately. Supply a profile with agreed measurement starting points and an underside reference showing the front band junction. The illustrated complete rear has no adjustment hardware; confirm the opening, worn position and crown-depth route through sampling. If a front proportion needs revision, name whether it concerns the upper contour, peak or band before changing the pattern. Ask the technical team to resolve the attachment and inside finish rather than reading an unseen seam allowance from the outer image.
Woven cloth, artwork and inside finish
Request identified warm gray woven-cloth submissions with composition, weight, finish and hand. Compare the chosen cloth on the continuous upper, curved sides, band and peak; record separate component references where needed. Review the proposed self-cloth interior, bound allowances and contact band on the same sample. Place artwork at finished size with distances from the upper-to-side seam or band edge, then inspect the reverse attachment. Keep the crown contour and artwork clearance together in the revision record. Material appearance alone does not establish fit or a functional specification.

Seam-aware placement / inside label
- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.
