Submitting the form
The form sends your entered details to the website’s enquiry service when you submit. When email delivery is configured and available, the service forwards the enquiry to the factory contact by email, using your email address as the reply address. The form requires your agreement to be contacted about this enquiry.
A successful submission displays an enquiry reference. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form shows an error rather than presenting the request as successfully delivered. This local website does not provide an account or a customer enquiry-history area.
Prefilled briefs and information in links
Some product tools create a project-page link containing your selected style or brief. Those values appear in the address and can remain in browser history or in a link you copy. Review the address before sharing it and avoid including confidential material in a link intended for others.
You can edit or remove prefilled text in the form before sending it. Entered form text is not provided as a saved draft service; keep your own copy if you want to retain an unfinished brief.
Reference documents and access
A reference link can point to a document or image hosted by a service you choose. Check its access settings before submitting it. Share only the material relevant to the enquiry and avoid placing passwords or unrelated personal information in the form.
The form sends the link as part of your enquiry; it does not upload the linked file to this website. Access and storage of that document are also subject to the service hosting it.
WhatsApp and email
The WhatsApp option places the prepared message in an external link. Choosing that link shares the prepared content with WhatsApp so you can review and send it through that service. A direct email link opens your email application. These are separate contact routes from the website form.
Messages and correspondence sent through those services are processed under their own settings and policies. Review the message and recipient in the chosen application before sending.
Technical safeguards
The enquiry service checks requests and uses temporary records to limit repeated submissions and recognise duplicate requests. These safeguards include derived identifiers based on the submitted email and enquiry content, together with attempt timing and a submission reference when available.
The website code does not implement an advertising tracker, analytics integration or enquiry draft storage in browser local storage. This describes the current website implementation, rather than the separate processing carried out by email or messaging services.
Ask about an existing enquiry
Email [email protected] to ask about information you submitted, including questions about its use or retention, or to request a correction or deletion. Use the enquiry reference if you have one, the approximate submission date and the email address used to contact us.
State the information you want corrected or the request you want considered. You do not need to resend the entire design pack just to identify the conversation. Keep any follow-up focused on the relevant enquiry.
Identify the conversation, then explain the request.
- Enquiry reference, if available
- Approximate date and original contact email
- The correction, deletion request or question
