Resolve the circular shell and opening together.
Outdoor is a design category, not a performance certification. No UPF, waterproof, wind-resistance or packability rating is claimed.
Circular upper and inward lower return
Identify the circular upper disk and the lower annulus on top and underside drawings. The disk overhangs the opening while the lower piece returns inward beneath it. Keep the two pieces distinct from the separate narrow opening band. This is a sewn shell with two circular connections, rather than an upright cap wall with its peak removed, a folded knit cuff or an outward bucket brim. Give the governing pattern a reference and retain it across the front, rear and inside views.
Two circular joins and opening edge
Trace the outer disk-to-annulus seam and the inner annulus-to-band seam separately. Mark any local bulk, uneven join or inner-edge finding at its actual position. Ask the technical team to propose the relevant edge finish for the selected cloth, then review the same area from inside and outside. The illustrated complete opening has no adjustment hardware; agree the opening measurement route and fit reference through sampling rather than inferring a size or stretch range.
Woven cloth, artwork and inside review
Request identified deep charcoal woven-cloth submissions with composition, weight, finish and hand. Compare the cloth on the upper and lower pieces and identify the proposed opening-band material. Place final-size artwork against a named seam or band reference, retaining its orientation on the circular shell. Review the reverse attachment, inside label and inner opening edge on the same version. Keep any proposed material or decoration change visible in the sample record so it does not silently replace an accepted pattern feature.
Custom berets order questions
What should an inquiry for custom berets include? Send the circular disk and inward lower-annulus drawing, narrow-band connection, opening reference, proposed cloth, artwork and quantities by finished colorway. FORMBRIM supports OEM/ODM sample development for this construction. Which details need agreement? Confirm the materials, dimensions, fit, seam and opening-edge finishes, decoration and packing on an identified project sample. What is the bulk minimum? It is 300 pieces per style, per color; agree size allocation and sample scope separately. Name the retained features and one requested pattern revision before discussing the next sample.
Make the approval specific.
Inspect the outer disk-to-annulus join, inner annulus-to-band join and narrow opening edge on the same identified sewn beret sample.
Use the checklist to identify the topics you want to discuss. Include the design name and reference version when requesting changes. A selected point becomes part of your enquiry; it does not approve a specification.

Build my sewn beret brief ↗Connect the brief with the factory.
Our Hangzhou factory was established in 2016, with 8 production lines and 200+ employees. OEM and ODM development, custom logos, labels, hangtags and packaging are available. Discuss the production route for your chosen construction with the team.

Sample development
Use the sample to resolve construction, fit and branding. Sampling is 7–10 working days; allow separately for your review and any revisions.

Every-piece inspection
We carry out 100% inspection. Agree the sample version, written requirements and design-specific review points for the order.

Brand finishing
Provide the current artwork for labels, hangtags and packaging. Identify which details vary across styles and colorways.
