Top-to-wall pattern and perimeter
Identify the oval top as a separate crown piece, with a continuous perimeter join to the upright wall. Use a top view to approve the outline and matching profiles to discuss wall height. Keep the short brim outside the top-and-wall pattern. A radial baseball crown, five-panel camp cap or three-panel cycling cap has a different seam map. Name the governing drawing before using another hat as a cloth or decoration reference. On the sample, inspect perimeter alignment from both sides and behind rather than accepting a front silhouette alone.
Short brim, rear proposal and fit
Review the short brim from its join to the wall, with projection, angle and curve marked separately. The illustrated rear is complete, without adjustment hardware; it does not establish a fixed size or fit range. Send opening measurement points, crown-depth references and the intended worn position for sampling. Request identified woven-cloth alternatives with composition, weight, finish and hand. A softer or firmer material can change the top outline and wall even when the pattern drawing is unchanged. A requested rear adjuster is a separate construction proposal to review.
Wall artwork and inside finish
Place a direct decoration or separate sewn label between the upper perimeter and the brim attachment. Provide finished artwork dimensions and distances from those joins. Compare the mark on the chosen wall cloth, then inspect the reverse attachment and any change to the upright profile. Keep top, wall, upper brim, underbrim, contact band, thread and label colors in one colorway record. Approve the inside perimeter finish and brim junction with the decorated shell rather than treating a successful logo file as approval of the complete cap.

Wall placement / inside brand label
- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.
