Bill-less crown and three flap roots
Name three distinct flap attachments on the crown drawing: the left long ear flap, right long ear flap and separate forehead turn-up piece. Show both independent roots from the side and rear, then check the front with the forehead piece turned against the crown. There is no forward brim. The earlier fold-down earflap cap instead has a forward bill and one continuous side-and-rear band; a neck-flap sun hat has an all-around brim and rear cape. Keep this separate-flap pattern explicit rather than borrowing those structures to fill a missing reference view.
Shell, contact facing and edges
Treat the graphite woven shell and smooth light gray contact facing as identified material proposals. Agree composition, weight, finish and hand through sample review. Follow the facing across the crown and into each ear flap and the forehead piece; inspect their root joins, turned edges and layered areas from inside and outside. Keep the same material pairing in every reference. The illustrated smooth facing does not specify fur, pile, padding or insulation, and its appearance supplies no measured warmth or weather rating. Any functional requirement needs a separate agreed specification and evidence.
Paired tie ends and decoration
The reference places one narrow matching fabric tie at each lower ear-flap end. Review both tie attachments together with flap reach and the intended connection position on the same worn sample. Inspect the reverse finish against the smooth facing and distinguish a length change from an attachment change. Provide final-size artwork for the forehead flap or a quiet exterior with an inside label, marking the intended visible face. If another fastening is requested, identify it for feasibility review and recheck the affected flap ends; do not silently combine different connections across the views.

Forehead-flap mark / inside label
- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.
