The illustrated rear elastic segment is a development proposal; agree its construction, inner opening and intended fit range on the physical sample. Any use with other equipment requires a separate project review.
Component color map: Identify the center strip, left and right panels, upper brim, underbrim, rear finish, inner band and artwork colors. The slate woven direction does not establish composition or weight. Request identified cloth proposals and keep the complete combination under one colorway reference.
Logo & artwork file: Provide final artwork dimensions and distances from the brim join and both center-strip seams. Review a small label or proposed direct decoration on the actual crown. Separate printed boundaries from cut-panel seams, then inspect the inside attachment and surrounding cloth.
Labels, trims & packaging: Specify the inner band, seam finish, rear treatment, inside labels, hangtags and packing needs. Inspect the two main inside crown joins and the brim junction. Keep material identity, pattern revision, artwork and accepted fit photographs with the same sample record.
