Size & fit reference: Provide a worn profile, crown depth and front-height references, plus the intended rear adjustment setting. Show the curved brim and both side-mesh boundaries. Agree final measurement points and tolerances on the sample rather than copying a general running-cap size.
Component color map: Identify the woven front and rear, left and right side mesh, brim top, underbrim, closure and artwork colors. Request material references with composition and weight for confirmation. Decide whether the woven cloth and mesh should coordinate or deliberately contrast.
Logo & artwork file: Send finished logo dimensions and the proposed front position relative to the center and brim seams. Identify any side mark separately, including whether it is applied to woven cloth or mesh. Review the chosen method, surrounding fabric and inside finish on the decorated sample.
Labels, trims & packaging: Specify rear closure and strap-end handling, sweatband reference, inside labels, hangtags and packing. Inspect mesh-to-woven seam finishing on both sides. Keep required performance properties and any supporting tests as separate project requirements; the style name supplies no measured rating.

How is this different from a mesh-back trucker or a five-panel camp cap?

This proposal has six crown panels: two woven front panels, two mesh side panels and two woven rear panels. Mesh remains at the sides, the front is soft and the brim is curved. A trucker places mesh across the rear, while the camp-cap reference has a different five-panel map. Confirm the drawing and sewn sample rather than treating the use-case name as the specification.

How do I organize a mixed-style or mixed-color enquiry?

List each style and finished colorway with its own quantity. The minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Include changes to artwork, trims or fabrics so we can review the complete order breakdown.

What should be agreed before bulk production?

Agree the sample, current specifications, artwork versions, colorway quantities, labels and packaging requirements. Sampling takes 7–10 working days; bulk takes 30–45 working days. Review, revision and shipping time need separate planning.
