Size & fit reference: Provide a worn side view and identify the desired crown depth. Include the rear opening and how much strap tail you want visible when adjusted.
Component color map: Assign crown, brim, underbrim, strap and embroidery colors. Identify whether your wash reference applies to the whole cap or to particular components.
Logo & artwork file: Send the finished embroidery width and height, plus a clean artwork file. Identify small lettering that must remain legible on the faded fabric.
