Waffle-knit beanie
A tactile concept that contrasts a dimensional crown surface with a simpler cuff. The material structure provides the visual interest while the cuff gives the brand mark a quieter setting.

Four decisions that define this design.
Knit concepts are proposed development directions. Confirm yarn, knit structure and final construction for your project with our team.
Waffle texture scale
Choose the waffle scale through a physical sample. The size and depth of the texture affect appearance and hand; the image does not establish gauge or weight.
Cuff transition
Describe the transition into the rib cuff. Review whether the two structures create a balanced silhouette when worn.
Decoration surface
Locate decoration on the cuff or discuss its behavior on the textured crown. Small graphics need review at finished size on the actual structure.
Crown join and composition
Inspect the crown join and the inside of the texture. Agree yarn composition, dimensions and care information separately from the visual direction.
Make the approval specific.
Assess the worn shape, recovery after handling, cuff consistency and inside joins. Agree composition and care-label information before labeling.
Use the checklist to identify the topics you want to discuss. Include the design name and reference version when requesting changes. A selected point becomes part of your enquiry; it does not approve a specification.

Build my waffle-knit beanie brief ↗Connect the brief with the factory.
Our Hangzhou factory was established in 2016, with 8 production lines and 200+ employees. OEM and ODM development, custom logos, labels, hangtags and packaging are available. Discuss the production route for your chosen construction with the team.

Sample development
Use the sample to resolve construction, fit and branding. Sampling is 7–10 working days; allow separately for your review and any revisions.

Every-piece inspection
We carry out 100% inspection. Agree the sample version, written requirements and design-specific review points for the order.

Brand finishing
Provide the current artwork for labels, hangtags and packaging. Identify which details vary across styles and colorways.

These concepts are starting points for development. A quotation needs a defined scope, not only a product name.

Cuff or edge label, placement to confirm
Generated concept imagery, not finished stock or customer work. Confirm materials and construction through sampling.- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.

Ribbed cuff beanie
An everyday knit concept that places the brand mark on a folded cuff. Start by balancing crown length, cuff depth and the visual scale of the rib.
- Material direction
- Fine rib knit direction
- Construction
- Folded cuff / balanced rounded crown

Short fisherman beanie
A compact fashion silhouette with a deliberately short crown. Its character depends on the worn position, so explain the intended fit instead of ordering by the fisherman name alone.
- Material direction
- Compact rib knit direction
- Construction
- Short crown / prominent folded cuff

Relaxed slouch beanie
A softer silhouette that lets the crown fall naturally behind the head. Develop the drape and opening together so extra length does not become an oversized fit.
- Material direction
- Fine smooth knit direction
- Construction
- Elongated soft crown / narrow finished edge
