This family is defined by its flat-brim development direction; snap closures may also be available on other cap families.
Brim material agreed
Identify whether the brim reference requires natural suede or a suede-look alternative. Confirm the proposed material rather than assigning composition from the image.
Complete component color map
Map crown, visor, underside and closure colors separately. A finished two-material combination is one design colorway, not two separate colorways.
Brim edge and seam junction
Check the junction of the textured brim and crown. Ask to review edge thickness and stitching so the visor reads as a thin controlled plane.
Handling and packing discussion
Discuss care and packing for the chosen surfaces. Review the finished brim after handling and record any appearance concerns before approval.
Make the approval specific.
Review the front after decoration, the edge of the visor and the snap attachment. Compare the complete side silhouette to the reference before approving.

Artwork and label placement to confirm
Generated concept imagery, not finished stock or customer work. Confirm materials and construction through sampling.- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.

A subdued textured direction for a tonal collection. The wool-touch description refers to appearance and hand; the actual fiber composition is a separate purchasing decision.
