Custom 7 panel hats: development decisions
This family is defined by its flat-brim development direction; snap closures may also be available on other cap families.
Seven-piece crown map
Number the seven crown pieces in a drawing: one lower-front insert, two upper-front pieces, two side pieces and two rear pieces. Keep the brim outside that count. Confirm the six upper pieces meet at the crown rather than substituting the existing five-panel pattern.
Lower-front insert and logo margins
Set the insert height, upper seam and front support together. Mark the intended crown profile in a side view and define the logo area inside the insert boundaries. The proposed insert has no vertical seam through that front graphic area.
Fabric and full colorway references
Identify woven fabric, insert, brim, underbrim, snap and thread colors separately. Review the cloth and joined crown before accepting the decorated sample; the actual composition, weight, panel dimensions and seam construction remain project decisions.
Crown joins and snap adjustment
Check the insert corners and upper join, then review the top, rear opening and snap attachment. Retain a numbered panel drawing, fit setting and artwork revision with the approved sample so a later change cannot silently turn seven pieces into a different shell.
Make the approval specific.
Review the front after decoration, the edge of the visor and the snap attachment. Compare the complete side silhouette to the reference before approving.

Build my seven-panel snapback brief ↗Connect the brief with the factory.
Our Hangzhou factory was established in 2016, with 8 production lines and 200+ employees. OEM and ODM development, custom logos, labels, hangtags and packaging are available. Discuss the production route for your chosen construction with the team.

Sample development
Use the sample to resolve construction, fit and branding. Sampling is 7–10 working days; allow separately for your review and any revisions.

Every-piece inspection
We carry out 100% inspection. Agree the sample version, written requirements and design-specific review points for the order.

Brand finishing
Provide the current artwork for labels, hangtags and packaging. Identify which details vary across styles and colorways.

These concepts are starting points for development. A quotation needs a defined scope, not only a product name.

Artwork and label placement to confirm
- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.
