Size & fit reference: Supply the preferred camp profile independently of the color map. Show front, side and rear views so proportions stay clear when colors change.
Component color map: Label front, top, left side, right side, brim and strap. Name every complete combination and list its quantity rather than giving only an overall color palette.
Logo & artwork file: Specify the logo color and final dimensions against the selected front-panel color. Identify whether that artwork changes between finished colorways.
Labels, trims & packaging: Tie label and hangtag versions to each colorway where they differ. Include the packing breakdown so the proposed combinations remain identifiable.
